Founder, Jennifer Kaplan is a familiar face in the Valley with years of start-up experience. Kaplan began as co-founder and partner of PRIME 3 in 2005 and used this experience to start her own firm in 2010. Evolve’s diverse clientele encompasses a range of industries and professions, from restaurants, retail, entertainment, real estate and legal services to nonprofit organizations and global tech companies.
Evolve was ranked the number one public relations agency in Arizona for two years in a row by Arizona Business Magazine and won the Phoenix Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award in 2022.
Since 2016, Kaplan herself has won the Arizona Business Leaders Award for her outstanding public relations services. Additionally, for seven years in a row Kaplan has received the Sun Devil 100 award from ASU which celebrates the achievements and successes of the university’s most successful graduates. In 2023 Kaplan won InBusiness Phoenix Magazine’s Woman of Achievement Award. Kaplan also received the inaugural Hugh Downs School Alumni of the Year award from Arizona State University in April 2022. This award honors alumni who have distinguished themselves through their contributions to the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication and demonstrated outstanding service to their community. It is the Hugh Downs School’s premier expression of praise and esteem. In November 2022, Kaplan also had the distinguished honor of receiving the College of Liberal Arts Leaders Program award at ASU which recognizes alumni who have brought honor to The College through personal success and business. Of more than 130,000 alumni only 77 have been honored with this award in its 25 years.
